Delivery

Free delivery on the EMBDY Climber to every EU country and the United Kingdom.

• Delivery time: 3–7 business days from your order.
• Tracking: once your order ships, you can follow it on our Track your order page.

Returns: 14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving a reason.

1. Email orders.assistpoint@gmail.com with your order number and tell us you want to return your order. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
2. Send the product back within 14 days of telling us, in its original packaging if you still have it.
3. We refund what you paid, including any original delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving your request. We may wait to refund until we've received the product back or you've shown us proof that you've sent it.

You pay the return shipping. The Climber is a large, heavy item, so check the cost with your carrier before you send it.

You're welcome to try the product the way you would in a shop. If it has been handled beyond that and has lost value as a result, we may deduct that loss in value from your refund.

Faulty or damaged?

If your Climber arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with your order number and a few photos. You're covered by your statutory consumer rights, and we pay the return shipping on faulty products.
