You have 30 days from the day your order arrives. Email us with your order number and we send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered. Read more in our Refund policy.

Your refund goes back to the payment method you used, as soon as your return has reached us.

Wipe the pebbled finish with a soft, damp cloth and let it dry naturally. Brush the suede finish gently with a soft, dry cloth. Store it upright and out of direct sunlight.
