Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay – there are no extra delivery charges.

Where we ship

We ship to Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States, and to the other countries you can choose at checkout.

Processing time

Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–4 business days. As soon as it is on its way, you receive an email with your tracking link. You can also follow your parcel on our Track your order page.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 5–8 business days to Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. Other destinations can take a few days longer. During busy periods, such as holidays and sales, delivery can occasionally take longer than usual.

Customs, duties and import taxes

You will not pay anything extra on delivery. If a carrier or customs authority ever asks you to pay import duties, import taxes or handling fees for your Newstella order, email us your order number and the receipt, and we will refund the full amount to you.

Your delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible – we can update the address as long as the order has not been handed to the carrier yet.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel your order. We can usually do this before the order is dispatched. Once it is on its way, you can still return it under our Refund policy.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, or the tracking has not updated for several days, email us and we will look into it with the carrier. If a parcel is lost on its way to you, we send you a replacement or give you a full refund. If your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a few photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
