Terms of service

These terms apply when you shop at newstella.shop. Please read them before you place an order. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. About us

Newstella is run by Hammarberg Group AB, Södra Ågatan 16, 732 47 Arboga, Sweden. You can reach us at orders.assistpoint@gmail.com.

2. Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and the natural texture of the material can vary slightly from bag to bag. Measurements are given in centimetres and are approximate.

3. Prices

Our prices are in euro. Depending on where you are, prices can be shown converted into your local currency. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay, with free delivery included. If a price on our site is obviously wrong, for example because of a technical error, we will tell you and give you the choice to buy at the correct price or cancel the order.

4. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. The purchase agreement is formed when we send you the order confirmation by email. If a product turns out to be unavailable, or we have to cancel an order for another reason (such as a suspected fraudulent payment), we let you know and refund you in full.

5. Payment

You can pay by card, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The payment methods offered can vary by country. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers; we never see your full card details. When you pay with Klarna, Klarna's own terms also apply.

6. Delivery

Delivery is free on every order. Processing times, delivery times and what to do if a parcel is late, lost or damaged are described in our Shipping policy. You do not pay any import duties or taxes on delivery; if you are ever asked to, we refund the full amount.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it, which includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. How to return, who pays for return shipping and how refunds work is described in our Refund policy.

8. Faulty goods and complaints

If a product is faulty, you have the rights given to you by consumer law. You can make a complaint about a fault that existed at delivery for at least two years after delivery (three years under Swedish law). Contact us within a reasonable time after you notice the fault; within two months is always considered in time. We then repair or replace the product, or refund you, and we cover the costs.

9. Offers and included items

Some offers include an item at no extra cost, such as a Bag Organizer with the Large Tote. If you return the product, please return the included item with it. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and apply only under the conditions stated with the code.

10. Personal data

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Content on our site

All text, images and videos on newstella.shop belong to Newstella or our partners and may not be copied or used without our permission.

12. Liability

We are responsible for the products we sell in line with consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on this page when you placed it.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first – we want to solve it with you. If we cannot agree, consumers in Sweden can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at www.arn.se. Consumers in other EU countries can get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country. You can also take the matter to a court.
